EARLY CLOSURE NOTICE: We have just been notified by NZEI that all NZEI Te Riu Roa members at our school are required to attend a paid union meeting, TODAY, Wednesday 20th March to discuss their ongoing collective agreement negotiations.

All members are entitled to attend two paid union meetings per year. This of course means that the school will be severely understaffed on that afternoon. I am requesting that if at all possible, pupils are to be collected from school at 12.30 PM Wednesday 20th March (TODAY).

Children not able to be collected will be supervised at school until 3 pm. 

To help plan for the day it is a requirement to contact the school office via email or phone if your child will be staying at school on that afternoon.
