On Friday 15th December all Year 8 students have the opportunity to attend a Year8 trip to Mega Air, Hornby. This is an exciting tradition we have to celebrate the endof their primary school years.

Some Kahikatea staff will be accompanying the students and will supervise them.

The students will need to wear mufti suitable for trampolining. Each student will needto bring afternoon tea and a water bottle to Mega Air.

We will be providing some pizzas for an early shared lunch at school.

The cost for the trip is $25.
This includes the return bus trip, Mega Air session (2 hours), and pizza.
We will be leaving school at 12:00 pm to arrive at Mega Air for our safety briefing.Our jumping time is 12.30-2.30 pm.
The morning session will be a Final Assembly practice followed by pizzas.
We require parental consent for your child to attend this day and 3-4 parents tosupport us for this trip.

The money can be paid directly to the office or via internet banking:
This amount needs to be paid by December 6th.Our preferred form of payment is direct credit to ANZ Bank – Hornby -06-0851-0175773-01.Please use your child’s name and Kahikatea as the reference.

If your child needs to take medication or has any allergies or conditions we are notaware of please let the classroom teacher know. All medication needs to be handedto the classroom teacher on the morning of the trip in a sealed container/snaplockbag with your child’s name, and room number on it, plus the necessary instructions foradministering if necessary.
