What's Happening?
  • Board of Trustees Elections
Voting closes 31st May at noon.  Stand up and be counted!
 
  • Environmental Development
Stage 4 of our environmental development is in progress. You will have noticed the area outside the entrance to 6Block and the space between 8Block and Rooms 13-16 is being completely reshaped. This area also involves work to alleviate the drainage issues we've had outside Rooms 13 and 14. 
The noise, detours and disruption will all be worth it, and the end is in sight! 
It is exciting to see the children enjoying these active and passive spaces we planned, often creating fun in ways we hadn't thought of!   Following our Reggio inspired philosophy we wanted our environment to encourage people to interact and spend some time together; much like the piazzas do in the Italian towns where Reggio philosophy was developed.  It is lovely to see this happening in the areas that have been completed thus far.
 
  • Strategic Goals
The following are our Strategic Goals as laid out in our Charter (our governing document). 
  • To develop, implement, monitor and review programmes that strengthen LITERACY skills at all levels of the school.
  • To develop, implement, monitor and review programmes that strengthen the REGGIO INSPIRED APPRAOCH to integrated curriculum.
  • To provide a planned approach to SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT which will make the most of the opportunities provided by increasing roll growth.
